Customer Service Representative - (Barneveld, WI)

Summit Golf Brands (SGB), Office located in Barneveld, WI is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative. Summit Golf Brands is a fast-growing company that designs and source high-end golf apparel and sportswear, sold online and at leading country clubs and resorts around the world. Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representative, under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, will be responsible for assisting customers in order related requests, while meeting and exceeding all SGB Customer Service goals. Serves as a representative of Summit Golf Brands, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration and discretion in all interactions with other members of SGB.

Responsibilities, Essential Functions, Knowledge and Skills:

Individual must possess these skills and abilities, or explain that he/she can perform the essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some combination of skills and abilities:

  • Assists customers in post-sale orders requests including but not limited to returns, replacements, cancellations tracking, and shipping inquires
  • Maintain Individual Customer Service Goals and Objectives as provided on a quarterly basis
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy
  • Build rapport with customers by greeting them in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using procedures learned during new-hire training
  • Position entails a high amount of customer interaction over the phone. Ensure that customers understand product information, and be able to provide additional information to customers as needed
  • Accurately complete all work when updating sensitive customer account information
  • Effectively transfer misdirected customer requests to an appropriate party
  • Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity
  • Maintain current knowledge of products to help customers make their selection
  • Ensure that customers understand product information, and be able to provide additional information to customers as needed
  • Deliver and contribute to individual and departmental goals and results

As the Independent Sales Representative representing EP NY in the Southeast region (Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Louisiana), this person will be responsible for managing their territory’s book of business, customer relationships, and all aspects of the sales process for existing and new accounts. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with knowledge of the golf industry and a passion for golf apparel.

  • Promoting and growing sales in your territory. Educate buyers, corporate clients, and end consumers on products by telling the brand story.

Men's Sportswear Junior Design Associate - (New York, New York)

Summit Golf Brands is focused on providing high quality sportswear to the wholesale and Direct-to-Consumer channels. It is the company behind four of the golf industry’s leading apparel brands: Zero Restriction, B. Draddy, Fairway & Greene, and EP NY.

Reports to: EVP, Creative Director

Role Requirements:

  • Creating detail flats to support the design illustrations.
  • Assist in creating seasonal color palettes.
  • Assist in updating line sheets and garment sketches after meetings/fittings using Illustrator and Acrobat.
  • Create simple print repeats for various uses.
  • Seasonal – Create color poms for color cards, maintain color library.
  • Research new fabrics and maintain fabric library.
  • Maintain Design Room walls from initial concept through final boards for all three brands.
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the brands.
  • Communicate clearly in oral and written form on a constant basis.
  • Work independently, utilize good judgement and possess a strong sense of initiative.

Education and Experience:

Quality Assurance Supervisor - (Barneveld, WI)

Position Overview: Summit Golf Brands is seeking a full-time Quality Assurance Supervisor. The Quality Assurance Supervisor, under the direction of the VP of Fulfillment, will be responsible for managing staff and for the inspection of in-bound garments to ensure the highest quality for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the inspection of in-bound shipments, measurement of garments, check for flaws, stains, broken stitches, missing buttons, broken zippers, branding, etc.
  • Prioritize units to be processed.
  • Responsible for the outgoing shipments of refurb/returned product.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits of production processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
  • Train and supervise Quality Assurance Associates, providing guidance on quality standards and testing methods.
  • Monitor customer feedback and returns to identify quality issues and implement preventative measures.
  • Maintain documentation and records related to quality assurance activities and inspections.
  • Involved in continuous improvement for the department.
  • Assists with other projects and departments as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in quality assurance within the apparel industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes, quality control techniques, and industry standards a plus.
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate quality standards.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to stand up to 8 hours per day.
  • Ability to consistently lift 40 lbs.
