Account Executive, Corporate Sales - (East Coast)

Our headquarters are in the heart of Manhattan on 5th Avenue just a block from Bryant Park.  As we continue to grow as a company, we are actively searching for customer-focused individuals to bring on to our team and grow our sales force in the golf industry.

As an Account Executive, Corporate Sales representing, Fairway & Greene, Zero Restriction, B. Draddy, EP NY this person will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Corporate Sales business unit, developing customer relationships and a team, and contribute to all aspects of the corporate sales process.

Reports to: Brendan McHugh, SVP of Sales, co-Head of the Americas

Territory: Corporate Sales Division

Based in: Preferably New York Metro based

Role Requirements:

  • Work closely with SVP of Sales taking direction and instructions on tasks related to SGB Corporate Sales
  • Collaborate with SVP of Sales on strategic decisions and implementation of directives to further growth of SGB Corporate Sales Division
  • Create systems, structure, and procedures to improve the SGB Corporate Sales process
  • Develop, manage, and cultivate relationships with SGB corporate distributor partners
  • Design, update, and manage the SGB Corporate Catalog and other sales materials needed for division sales process
  • Vet, develop, delegate, and execute on all inbound Corporate Sales Leads
  • Comfort with being managed to a sales goal and budget, enthusiasm for performance-based compensation plan
  • Provide feedback and input on design and inventory decisions to support corporate sales growth
  • Oversee functionality and presentation of the SGB Corporate Website
  • Coach, train, and motivate direct reports on SGB Corporate Sales Team
  • Serve as main point of contact to high priority SGB Corporate partners
  • Build, grow, and continuously improve the SGB Corporate Sales Division
  • Own sales efforts related to accounts managed by Head of Corporate Sales and other direct reports.
    • Including but not limited to preparing and organizing decks, client appointment preparation, promotional projects, order entry, and creation of marketing materials.
  • Execute daily tasks to support corporate sales and corporate sales team
  • Host client meetings in NYC Showroom and at client offices with thorough and detailed follow-up and execution of their needs.
  • Start and finish marketing projects that create brand awareness and drive sales for the division.
  • Oversite and management of corporate sample line / presentation area in NYC Global HQ Showroom.
  • Grow book of business with current customer base

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create clear, persuasive, and original copy for marketing materials, including emails, paid media, websites, and organic social.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams to develop cohesive and effective messaging strategies.
  • Conduct research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Embroidery Machine Operator - (Barneveld, WI)

Company Overview & Job Description:

Summit Golf Brands (SGB), located in Barneveld, WI, is seeking a full time Embroidery Operator. Summit Golf Brands is a fast-growing company that designs and source high-end golf apparel and sportswear, sold online and at leading country clubs and resorts around the world. Our brands can be found at over 3,000 accounts in more than 25 countries.

Responsibilities:

Individual will use basic skills to operate 6 Head Embroidery Machine. Must be able to hoop, stand for extended periods of time and required to work efficiently and accurately in applying embroidery crest to garments.

  • Following production Work Order instructions, apply appropriate club logo to garments using directed logo, thread colors and placement.
  • Scan start and end time of job task using system scan.
  • Send logo file to embroidery machine using computer programs.
  • Hoop appropriate garment location following company guidelines as to placement location.
  • Responsible for pulling and setting up on machine thread colors as listed on production work order and load onto correct machine needle, returning threads to thread racks once job is completed.
  • Run and monitor logo application process checking for proper tension, thread breaks, jump stitches, etc., making Supervisor aware of any issues.
  • Trim backing / threads on long running logos as time allows.
  • Responsible for cleaning general area around machine at end of each shift.
  • Able to work mandatory Saturdays

Reports to: Brendan McHugh, SVP of Sales, co-Head of the Americas

Territory: Defined as the regions / brands that comprise the coverage of your Direct Reports

Based in: Florida, preferably the West Palm Beach, FL area.

Role Requirements:

  • Assist in green grass sales administration.
  • All sales administration work related to Green Grass Golf: Product approvals, product logo mockups, order entry and tracking, any customer requests or needs and any other tasks as outlined by SVP of Sales or Account Executive.
  • Support sales on efforts related to growing book of business.
  • Including and not limited to replenishment programs, order fill ins, and field visits.
  • Support sales efforts related to accounts managed by direct reports.
  • Including but not limited to preparing and organizing decks, client appointment preparation, promotional projects, order entry, and creation of marketing materials.
  • Lead Projects related to territory sales efforts.
  • Creating collateral, catalog creation, etc.
  • Execute daily tasks to support large scale golf and corporate clients in designated territory.
