Summit Golf Brands (SGB), located in Middleton and Barneveld, WI, is seeking a full-time Direct to Garment Machine Operator for our Middleton, WI office. The Direct to Garment Machine Operator, under the direction of the Senior Production Manager, is responsible for operating and maintaining a DTG machine to personalize clothing to customer specifications.
Reports to: Senior Production Manager
Responsibilities:
- Daily preventative maintenance of DTG machines, heat press, and any other systems used in the DTG process.
- Using work orders to set up the machine to customer specifications.
- Using company ship windows to organize orders by priority.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to SGB’s standards.
- Maintain clear and prompt communication with Management or Maintenance to ensure the DTG machine is functioning properly.

Key Responsibilities:
