Customer Service Representative - (Barneveld, WI)

Summit Golf Brands (SGB), Office located in Barneveld, WI is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative. Summit Golf Brands is a fast-growing company that designs and source high-end golf apparel and sportswear, sold online and at leading country clubs and resorts around the world. The Customer Service Representative, under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, will be responsible for assisting customers in order related requests, while meeting and exceeding all SGB Customer Service goals. Serves as a representative of Summit Golf Brands, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration and discretion in all interactions with other members of SGB.

Responsibilities, Essential Functions, Knowledge & Skills:

Direct to Garment Machine Operator - (Middleton, WI)

Company Overview & Job Description:

Summit Golf Brands (SGB), located in Middleton and Barneveld, WI, is seeking a full-time Direct to Garment Machine Operator for our Middleton, WI office. Summit Golf Brands is a fast-growing company that designs and source high-end golf apparel and sportswear, sold online and at leading country clubs and resorts around the world. Our brands can be found at over 3,000 accounts in more than 25 countries.

The Direct to Garment Machine Operator, under the direction of the Senior Production Manager, is responsible for operating and maintaining a DTG machine to personalize clothing to customer specifications.

Reports to: Senior Production Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Daily preventative maintenance of DTG machines, heat press, and any other systems used in the DTG process.
  • Using work orders to set up the machine to customer specifications.
  • Using company ship windows to organize orders by priority.
  • Perform quality checks on finished products to SGB’s standards.
  • Maintain clear and prompt communication with Management or Maintenance to ensure the DTG machine is functioning properly.
  • Troubleshooting: Identifying and fixing common printing errors.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Head of Corporate Sales - (East Coast)

As a Head of Corporate Sales representing, Fairway & Greene, Zero Restriction, B. Draddy, EP NY this person will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Corporate Sales business unit, developing customer relationships and a team, and contribute to all aspects of the corporate sales process.

Reports to: SVP of Sales, co-Head of the Americas

Territory: Corporate Sales Division

Role Requirements:

  • Work closely with SVP of Sales taking direction and instructions on tasks related to SGB Corporate Sales.

Summit Golf Brands is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of eCommerce to lead our online retail presence. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site development, strategy, and operations to drive growth and enhance the customer experience. The Head of eCommerce will lead a high-performing team and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure our digital platforms are best-in-class.

Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Site Management: Identify, evaluate, and execute initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes within Shopify, ensuring a seamless user experience across the platform.
  • Product Launches and Web Updates: Oversee and manage all aspects of product launches and web updates, ensuring timely and accurate implementation, and maintaining alignment with overall business goals.

Role Requirements:

  • Creating detail flats to support the design illustrations.
  • Assist in creating seasonal color palettes.
  • Assist in updating line sheets and garment sketches after meetings/fittings using Illustrator and Acrobat.
  • Create simple print repeats for various uses.
  • Seasonal – Create color poms for color cards, maintain color library.
  • Research new fabrics and maintain fabric library.
  • Maintain Design Room walls from initial concept through final boards for all three brands.

  • Including and not limited to replenishment programs, order fill ins, and field visits.
