Role Requirements:
- Assist in collegiate sales administration.
- All sales administration work related to Collegiate: Product approvals, product logo mockups, order entry and tracking, any customer requests or needs and any other tasks as outlined by Head of Collegiate Sales.
- Support Head of Collegiate Sales on efforts related to growing collegiate book of business. Including and not limited to replenishment programs, order fill ins, and field visits.
- Support sales efforts related to corporate accounts managed by VP of Corporate Sales and Head of Collegiate Sales.
- Including but not limited to preparing and organizing decks, client appointment preparation, promotional projects, order entry, and creation of marketing materials for Collegiate & Corporate.

Golf Brand Ambassador Manager - (Remote)
Position Overview:
Main point of contact to manage existing Summit Golf Brands (“SGB”) Ambassador relationships and recruit and onboard new Brand Ambassadors. Brand Ambassador defined as SGB brand representatives, largely professional golfers, or other recognizable figures, who work contractually with our company. In this role, the Ambassador Manager would collaborate with the Ambassador’s agent or representative to activate all elements of the partnership. Additionally, the Ambassador Manager will work internally with Marketing, Customer Service, and Management on key ambassador and company initiatives.
Reports to: SVP of Marketing
Location: Remote; Anywhere in United States
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Organize existing Ambassador Agreements to ensure all elements of contract requirements are being met by both SGB and Ambassadors
- Provide support on the ongoing day-to-day planning and execution of key Ambassador activities including major events, photoshoots, and social meeting campaigns specific to that Ambassador
- Work within assigned Ambassador budget to maintain and strengthen Ambassador group
- Own product shipment process, partnering with cross functional teams to coordinate the fulfillment of all Ambassador season product deliveries
Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Agents and Customer Service to ensure product and accessory orders with proper logos are in place in a timely manner
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Marketing on all social media posts and press releases including new Ambassador signings
- Ensure any “scripting” by Marketing is communicated to Agent with player sign off for all majors and other select events
- Involvement on site for any Ambassador related photoshoots
Agent Coordination:
- Negotiating existing and new Ambassador contracts
- Responsible for gathering all players tournament schedules to build an “Ambassador Calendar”
- Work with design, production and SGB Management for any special player requests on product fit, coloration and logo placement
- Communicate Ambassador Calendar to SGB Marketing to activate opportunities
- Attends events and tournaments that are heavily attended by Ambassadors or related to an SGB initiative
- Arrange for seasonal, in person or virtual product reviews with agents and players; and secure product assortments based on SGB requirements and Ambassador preferences
- Follow performance of Ambassador roster and communicate noteworthy results or happenings to Marketing
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in sport management, business management or marketing
- Advanced knowledge of professional golf and/or the golf industry

- Must attend 12-15 key Professional and Amateur events not limited to but including (Major Championships, Players Championship, other prominent PGA Tour events, LPGA domestic major championships, US Senior Open, Team Events – Ryder Cup, Solheim Cup, Presidents Cup, US Amateur, and other prominent events involving our existing and future Ambassadors) and photoshoots

Sports Apparel Account Executive, Corporate Sales - East Coast (Remote)

Reports to: Vice President of Sales, East Coast & Corporate
Role Requirements:
- Oversee an account base and develop relationships with clients to drive sales – both repeat business and new business.
- Travel to present the apparel lines to clients, host customers in NYC Showroom, or meet virtually to educate and excite clients on current product offerings seasonally.
- Pursue, vet, and develop leads.
